Healing Paths with Shakti

Chakra Yoga
Align your mind, body, and spirit by activating your seven chakras through yoga postures, breathwork, mantra, and meditation. This practice clears energy blockages, restores balance, and enhances your natural life force (prana).

Chakra Meditation with Mantra
Chakra Meditation harmonizes the body's energy centers, aligning matter with consciousness. Each of the seven chakras corresponds to an element, color, and vibrational seed (Bija) mantra. Through breathwork, sound healing, and mantra chanting, this practice clears energetic blockages, restores balance, and elevates spiritual awareness.

Light Language
A multidimensional healing frequency of sound and light, Light Language bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the soul and DNA. It clears, balances, and activates your energy, deepening your connection to Higher Self and expanding your vibrational awareness.

Sound Healing
Everything in existence vibrates, and sound is the bridge between energy and healing. Sound therapy uses tonal frequencies to balance the body, calm the mind, and activate self-healing. Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and drums create vibrations that restore harmony and release energetic blockages. Through intentional sound, we relax deeply, clear stagnant energy, and elevate consciousness—allowing the body, mind, and spirit to realign and heal.

Yoga Nidra
A guided meditation practice, Yoga Nidra takes you into a state of deep relaxation and conscious rest, bridging wakefulness and sleep. It releases emotional imprints, restores energy, and aligns the body, mind, and spirit with higher awareness. With regular practice, it promotes clarity, vitality, and inner bliss.

Crystal Chakra Meditation
Crystals hold unique vibrational energies that can align with our chakras, enhancing energetic balance, healing, and spiritual growth. Through intentional placement and meditation, their frequencies help clear blockages, restore harmony, and deepen connection to the Self as Shakti guides you through crystal-infused chakra activation, using carefully selected stones to amplify energy flow, enhance clarity, and elevate consciousness.

What is Chakra Yoga?Chakra Yoga is a practical application of the chakra paradigm. It works with yoga poses, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to align the physical, mental, and emotional bodies to activate and balance the body’s seven chakras. This practice clears energetic blockages, promotes vitality, and enhances overall well-being.
-
What other techniques are used in Chakra Yoga? The meditation, chanting and pranayama relax the mind, reducing stress and increasing energy. Specific yoga poses - Asana helps to increase life force and promote free-flowing energy through the chakra system. However, particular postures can stimulate a chakra, breaking up any blockages present. These are usually asanas that stretch, compress or engage the physical location of the energy center. Visualization meditations - Every chakra has an associated color and body part. Using meditation to visualize the specific color present in the chakra's location can help to increase energy flow to that center. Mantras and mudras - Likewise, each chakra has an associated Biji (seed) mantra and one or more hand gestures that are said to help activate it. Breath work - Pranayama cleanses the Nadis and promotes free-flowing energy throughout the subtle body. Meditation- Completing the practice with Meditation or Yoga Nidra final alignment of the Chakras
-
What are some yoga poses that align with the chakras?Chakra yoga often uses the asanas employed in Hatha yoga because they keep the body and spine aligned, which helps liberate and balance the flow of chakra energy. Different asanas can target specific chakras, such as: 🔴 Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Balasana (Child’s Pose) 🟠 Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose) 🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Vakrasana (Seated Spinal Twists) 💚 Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Garudasana (Eagle Pose) 🔵 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), 🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Marjariasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), ⚪ Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Padmasana (Lotus Pose) Each of these poses helps to stimulate chakra energy, clear stagnation, and promote balance.
-
Do I need prior experience?Chakra Yoga is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The focus is on energy alignment rather than physical flexibility or endurance.
-
What is Light Language?Light Language is a multidimensional vibrational transmission that bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to your soul, DNA, and Higher Self. It can be expressed through sound, symbols, hand movements, or written codes, activating healing, transformation, and energetic upgrades. Think of it as a form of sacred energy communication, not bound by human language but rather felt and received on a vibrational level.
-
What if I don't understand what is being said?Light Language works vibrationally—your heart and energy field receive the activation naturally. It is not meant to be analyzed in the way we process spoken words. Instead, it works on a soul level, where the energy is received and integrated intuitively. Your Higher Self understands and absorbs it, even if your conscious mind does not.
-
What is Yoga Nidra, and how does it work?Yoga (awakened consciousness) Nidra (sleep) is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. It offers a space to explore what you need in the moment, as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions. Yoga nidra can serve as a pathway to freedom without creating bodily stress. A samskara (mental groove) is formed by a repetitive thought or habit that is deepened in the mind and body, creating a mental impression (groove) over time. These impressions can cause negative reactions and emotions which prevent a unification of the five layers (koshas) of one's self. If these negative emotions continue to affect you, the mental/emotional layer of the self is unable to integrate with the other layers: physical, energetic, higher wisdom, and bliss body. This is where yoga nidra can be especially helpful.
-
How is Yoga Nidra different from regular meditation?Unlike traditional meditation (which often requires focus and concentration), Yoga Nidra is about effortless relaxation. It systematically relaxes the physical body, subconscious mind, and emotional layers (koshas), helping to dissolve stress, anxiety, and mental imprints (samskaras). Yoga Nidra is typically done lying down (Savasana), and there are many scripts for yoga nidra practice starting from beginners simple practice to advanced scripts which can be intense and to be practiced carefully as you pierce the veil of the koshas ( 5 layers) of which we are composed off to help release blocked emotional energies in the various bodies to finally be in the Bliss body, a complete union of the Jiva atman (individual consciousness) with Paramatman ( God consciousness)
-
Can Yoga Nidra help with sleep and emotional healing? When practiced regularly one needs less sleep, body is healthy and strong, mind is clear and one has plenty of energy. As the first layer of the physical body gets purified with the emotional energies in the body mind it forms the pathway to next layer the breath and life force energy, and then it pierces the veil to the next layer mind- emotional body, then the spiritual heart which is the seed of wisdom and then to the spirit for the union with universal consciousness for ultimate state of bliss. This practice helps to guide you from the state of illusion of matter to the blissful state of union with God consciousness.

What is Sound Healing, and how does it work?Sound therapy is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses tonal frequencies to balance and harmonize the body’s vibrations. A sound healing session, often known as a sound bath, involves lying down on the floor or a yoga mat, sometimes cuddling up with a warm blanket, and simply listening as a practitioner plays various instruments while you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies then induce a deeply restorative state in the brain, activating the body’s self-healing system. The most common instruments used in sessions are Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks. Almost any instrument can be utilized in sound healing if used with the right intention. Each instrument has a distinct function. The tones of the seven chakras, for example, are tuned into crystal bowls. The gong is thought to assist the body in relaxing and stimulating the glandular and neurological systems. According to science, sound can be explained in two ways: physically and psychologically. The physics of sound discusses the pressure changes that occur when an item vibrates, which are subsequently sensed by the physiology of the outer and middle ear. The psychology of sound refers to how our brain interprets each sound, which not only provides information about our surroundings but also triggers emotions and sentiments. This component is known as psychoacoustics, and as this discipline continues to grow, new developments in the aural wellness space are emerging.
-
What are the benefits of Sound Healing?Sound healing has emerged as an alternative therapy people seek in the case of stress, anxiety, or to deal with pain. Some benefits of sound healing are: Relaxation One of the most important and universal advantages of sound therapy is deep relaxation. The sounds pervade our system, restoring equilibrium. As calming as a spa, sound healing helps you find your harmony. Improves Energy As the sound vibrations open, clear, and balance their chakras and release blocked energy, some patients experience deep healing during sound therapy. It makes you feel refreshed and balanced. Health Benefits Improved sleep, less chronic pain and blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and a lower risk of heart disease are all advantages of sound healing. Mental Health Benefits Stress, anxiety, and depression can all be reduced with sound healing. Sound healing restores mental balance and clarity, resulting in a revitalized sense of purpose, well-being, peace, and enjoyment. Meditation and healing have long been linked to sound. Sound healing has long been practiced in civilizations around the world, from Australian aboriginal tribes that have been using the didgeridoo as a sound healing instrument to Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowl spiritual rites and Mantra chanting in India.

How do crystals enhance chakra healing? Our bodies and crystals have energetic vibrations, which makes us naturally receptive to the vibrations as they can align our own vibrations with theirs. This is why healing crystals and gemstones have a powerful vibratory effect when placed directly on your body. This energy surges from the crystal to you, which facilitates the free flow of energy throughout the body. The unique qualities of each crystal assist in switching off your mind's chatter or compulsive thinking. They can ease your anxieties, dispel your anger, show you how to forgive and let the past be, and so much more.
-
Which crystals do you work with? Each chakra corresponds to specific crystals that balance its energy: 🔴 Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Garnet, Ruby 🟠 Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Orange Agate 🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Citrine, Yellow Tiger’s Eye, Yellow Agate 💚 Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Jade, Malachite, Rose Quartz 🔵 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Labradorite 🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Amethyst ⚪ Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Clear Quartz
-
How do you use crystal grids if you don't want to place crystals on you?If you don’t want crystals touching your body while you meditate, you can create a crystal grid or circle. Place your crystals in an intentional shape around you or directly in front of you. Crystal grids are often beneficial and used by setting crystals upon sacred geometry shapes to focus on during mediation. These can be set up with a specific issue in mind and left to continue their energy work.
