ABOUT ME
Shakti is a practicing yogini and meditation teacher for the last 20 + years. She grew up in India practicing Yoga at an young age and then had her first formal Yoga training in India at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and Transcendental meditation from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Center. She then moved to the US and completed her 500 hour yoga teacher training. She ran her own commercial & yoga studios in California for several years, offering a full Yoga practice. Her deep yogic experiences blossomed during her Kundalini awakening phase in 2012. As her practice grew she specialized in guiding individuals through psychic development, meditation, and mentorship to uncover their soul purpose and master their energy fields for a life of ease, grace, altruistic love, joy, and divine prosperity. As a Transformation Guide & Yoga teacher she facilitated spiritual growth and personal empowerment.
She also trained in Sound healing, Crystal healing and Reiki Levels 1&2 and continues to expand her education in this field. She plays the harp, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and other interesting sound instruments. Her specialty is to use Sound, Mantra & Crystals during Yoga & Meditation.
